Your first 10 villagers

I still have my first ten in this order: Sterling, Diva, Stitches, Patty, Carrie, Raymond, Rocco, Gruff, Bea, and Queenie. It’s going to be a long time before I get my 11th because I like my villagers so much. They’re like a family to me just like in my New Leaf town.

Only have Bob and Fauna left, I really miss Tammy, Elvis, and Francine.

1. Billy(starter jock) - moved out. I honestly hated him. He was annoying and rude, so I wanted him gone.
2. Diva(starter uchi) - moved out. She was fine, I guess.
3. Beau(starter lazy) - moved out. Kinda liked him, but his starter house was meh.
4. Winnie(starter peppy) - moved out. She was... okay? I don't really care for the majority of the peppy villagers.
5. Annalisa(starter normal) - moved out. I still miss her... She was the very first villager who asked to move out.
6. Olaf(forced campsite visitor) - moved out. Didn't liked him at first, but he was fine.
7. Purrl(random move-in) - staying forever. I fell in love the second I saw her. Why Purrl is a low-tier villager? She's so sweet!
8. Robin(mystery island) - moved out. I liked her design, but she was too similar to Purrl in terms of interactions, so I had to make an obvious choice.
9. Octavian(mystery island) - moved out. I thought I would like him, but... Now I dislike the octopi villagers in general.
10. Katt(random move-in) - staying forever. I wanted to kick her out, however she quickly grew on me, and now I can't imagine my island without her.

Is it bad I forgot some of my og villagers ? I never kept any of my starter villagers, and mostly get my villagers through trades online. I only know my first three 3 villagers, which is Tammi, Diva, and Sly. The only villager I liked out of that three were Sly, and was the last villager kicked out.

I think I’ve had pretty good luck so far!

First Jock : Genji - pure luck, I’d never played before and knew nothing about any of the villagers. I love Genji, he’s my dude and he’s probably never leaving (though I do wish I had his real house)
First Uchi : Shari - pretty darn cute, and I really grew to love her and her slightly vacant expression.
First Lazy : Rex (mystery island) - very cute, but will let him go someday. Love his freckles.
First Peppy: Bangle (mystery island) - wasn’t sure, but now love her. She’s so friendly and has cute convos with the others and gives good gifts. Probably will let her move though once I get her picture.
First Normal : Vesta (mystery island) - she was the one of my first three mystery island villagers, the one I was originally most excited about. I expected to like the most, but never really clicked with her, don’t know why.
First Smug: Lionel (first camper) - wasn’t super excited at first, but dressed him in different clothes every day and he really grew on me.
First Snooty : Yuka (random move-in, misread On how to place plot before island hopping) - pretty cute, but on my island at least she was kind of boring?
First Cranky : Octavian (mystery island) - all right I guess? He moved away right away. How rude
Number Nine : Flurry (mystery island). Not a fan of the snow/winter themed villagers. However, I love hamsters and she is adorable. She also waters the most flowers and sings duets and is all around great.

this last one not sure how to count. Octavian asked to move like 2 - 3 days after he moved in. And I said yes.

so then I found: Ruby (mystery island) - love her!

subsequently I placed plot # 10 and found: Kabuki (mystery island) my number one cranky! He’s great and adorable!

Which one counts as my 10th?

it gets hazy from here tbh. All I know for sure were my first five since I moved so many people in and out.

Starter Jock: Pierce - This guy is one of my favorite jocks, partly because he was my NL pal. Adopted him out through a discord server so he could have a better house.

Starter Uchi: Fuchsia - She's pretty cool! If it weren't for the house issue I'd probably keep her long term, but with things being the way they are currently she's eventually getting moved out.

Starter Lazy: Punchy - I also like this cat! He's become one of my favorites of the species...if only the starter lazy house wasn't so bad.

Starter Peppy: Bubbles - I really didn't care for this hippo. That said, I treated her the same as all my other villagers, and she was the first one to ask to move. Guess the feeling was mutual! Later on my sister found her on a mystery island and really likes her, so I'm happy she was able to find a home.

Starter Normal: Bertha - Originally I was incredibly annoyed that I got two hippos with my three plots. After a while I got used to Bertha, and even gave her a couple other outfits to wear. She was the second to ask to move.

Forced Camper: Chadder - He's...okay? Not a big fan of this particular mouse, but on the whole he isn't awful. I'll eventually move him out of my island, but he's still here for now.

Mystery Island 1: Julian - Hands down my favorite Smug. Not only does he have an awesome home, but I had him back in NL and loved him to bits there too. I'm likely never moving him out.

Mystery Island 2: Annalise - It took me a long while before I came across any Snooty villagers, and I really liked her at the time. She's got a nice house, and her default outfit is nice. Unfortunately Punchy gave her a maid outfit and that kinda soured me on her. Hasn't moved out yet.

Mystery Island 3: Apollo - Do I really need to say that he's cool? It's Apollo. This game is my first time having him, and while I was a bit disappointed his house wasn't all spacey like Octavian's is his home is still a cozy looking home.

Mystery Island 4: Apple - Bubbles moved out before I even placed down my 10th plot, so this is officially my 10th slot. She's cute! I'm not sure I'll be keeping her forever, but I'm happy with her in the meantime.

My first 10 villagers are the same as my current 10, lol. In chronological order, I got Biff, Rocket, Zucker, Freckles, Sandy, Beardo, Angus, Prince, Gayle and Boomer.

Invited Bangle from a mystery Island might of have had Gladys instead, but I didn't know if you spoke to them twice they would move to your island till later >.<

I was then forced to accept Pietro from the camp, I haven't spoken to him since the camp and he still won't leave >:{

Whitney came next

Invited Mira over from Scorpion Island

Then made my last 2 plots and didn't know nook would then sell one quick so Paolo came in and despite me never talking to him he is still here

She's still here but with her brand new real autumn gorgeous house. I love her, she's my fav and the first villager I felt a bound with.

Starter Jock : Boots
I came to really like him in the end but I let him go for Scoot, sometimes I miss him, don't know why maybe because he started on the island when it was nothing. I have good memories with him.

Starter Peppy : Flora
Same as Deirdre, she is still on my island but with her real house with her flamingo buddies. She's cool, I hesitated a lot between her and Audie as my official Peppy but I prefer Flora in the end, and she fits my island more.

Starter Lazy : Tucker
He's really adorable, I replaced him with Zucker for my official Lazy because Zucker was like my ultimate dreamie but I still love Tucker and think he's underrated.

Starter Normal : Caroline
I thought I was gonna like her but something didn't click, she's cute and has nice vibrant colors but she was the first to go in the end because I was aiming for Coco in the beginning of the game and didn't want more than one Normal (things have changed since lol)

Forced Smug : Raymond
I didn't want him nor specially liked him before. But he grew on me, he have an unique design and I like his little teeth and grey color. I think I will replace him with Kyle in the future though since he's a dreamie for a lot of people who will be happy to have him.

Mystery Island : Audie
She was the new villager I wanted the most before playing New Horizons. She's awesome and I love her, she left my island yesterday and I hope I will not miss her too much... But two Peppies was a little bit two much and I chose to keep Flora.

Mystery Island : Kiki
I had a crush when I saw her on that island. I love her design, her giant round yellow eyes are so cute, she quickly became a favorite of mine and since then I wanted a second Normal villager. She's still on my island, will not leave.

Random move-in : Elvis
Nope, didn't like him at all, he gave me rude and patronizing vibes. I placed this plot for Cyd but the first trade didn't work and Elvis randomly moved-in, plus I like to choose my villagers so I think it didn't help the poor guy to be appreciated, sorry. He left one week after.

Other Island recruit : Cyd
He's my favorite of the new NH villagers, I met him on the campsite of a friend and wanted him so bad since then, after a first attempt to get him that did not work I found a nice person on Nookazon (rare thing lol) that gave him to me for free. He's my fav with Deidre, he's obviously on my island forever.

At this time I did not have 10 villagers on my island so I'm confused lol, do I have to tell which was my 10 villagers the first time I obtained this number ?
If yes here's the two next (since Caroline and Elvis weren't on my island when I reached 10 villagers)

Campsite recruit : Tiffany
I was so happy to saw her randomly appear in my campsite since she was the Snooty I was aiming for ! She's cool and sultry, still on my island.

Mystery Island : Zucker
He was my ultimate dreamie before playing the game and I still love him so much, he's my third fav. I almost had a heart attack when I saw him on this Mystery Island, he will not leave my island.

Day 1 Jock - Billy
Loved him and hope to find him again someday. I wasn't aware of him before I started my island but he's become one of my favourites now. He moved out not long after I got my first 10 villagers though unfortunately.

Day 1 Sisterly - Sylvia
It took a while but she eventually grew on me by the time she left. She stayed for about a month and a half before going and it still feels a little weird not seeing her and her joey wandering around.

First Lazy - Moe
I only took him because at this point in the game I was just taking the first villagers I came across on islands. He's by far been my least favourite villager I've had so far. His design is so unappealing to me and I think he's the reason I haven't liked the lazies as much in this game, because his design combined with the bug and crusty clothes dialogue is a fat nope from me. He stayed for damn near two months and I'm so glad he's gone now.

First Peppy - Bluebear
I've never thought much of her in the previous games but she is so adorable this time around and has had an adorable visual upgrade.

First Normal - Gladys
I took her because she was the first normal I came across but she has become one of my favourite villagers ever. She's so sweet and her facial expressions crack me up. Thankfully I have her amiibo card so after I get her photo and she eventually asks to move I'll be able to bring her back with her actual home.

Forced Campsite Visitor - Eugene
What an icon. That's it, there's nothing more to be said.

Mystery Island 1 - Marshal
One of my favourites. Thought I was going to have a rough time finding him but I found him on my third NMT of the day, ha HA. Love him.

Mystery Island 2 - Wolfgang
Such fabulous eyeliner and sense of style for an older guy. Love him, he's fabulous.

Mystery Island 3 - Ankha
She has always had one of the most striking and visually interesting designs out of ALL the villagers imo and I was beyond pleased when I found her. Everything about her is just fabulous. Simply iconic. I doubt I'll ever want her to leave.

Mystery Island 4 - Kabuki
Another who has always had an incredibly striking and unique design to me. He also lived in my Wild World town for years so I have experience with him too. He's fantastic.

As a group my first 10 were a 9/10 and are, honestly, probably my favourite collective group of villagers that I've ever had in an AC game.
