Your favourite ACNL towns, and what you like about them?

Planning for my current town, looking for inspiration - in ACNL withdrawal until hopefully soon, so please post pics as opposed to DAs!

What are your favourite things about towns? Certain PWPs and layouts? Should they have three of the same bridge type or various types? What sort of path patterns do you prefer? Do you like a themed or non-themed town best?

Also if you have pics of things you really like in towns, please share!
