I really like Bree the Snooty Mouse! 
She's such a cutey and she never gets any love I don't understand why. I think what I like about her the most are her eyes! I've had her in all of my dream villages, including the first village I ever had in Wild World

Bangle is tier 5? But she's so cute! I'd pick her over Bianca any day. Kitty as well? She's not the cutest but she's not bad either. Had her in the beginning and she's grown on me. For horses, Annalise and Colton! Like Link said, Colton and Julian could be bffs. Lol.
I think Sally, Nibbles and Hazel are adorable! And Tabby, she's so unique and a peppy!

I like Drift, Puddles, and Ed. These villagers were in my town at one point and I liked them very much. I got sad when Ed moved which was the first time I got actually sad about a villager so he is a special villager I'll never forget about ^?^. Puddles and Drift are both frogs and look cute. I didn't like both of them at first but after awhile I got used to them and I started to like them. Both of them moved out tho ;-;. I had to force myself to move out Puddles as I as making space for Marshal and Drift was not forced to move but I thought it was the right time to move so let him move.

This is going to be difficult. I love so many of the underrated villagers, so I'll a "small" selection of ones I like and 1 who just takes it out as my favourite.
And that villager is this gorgeous superstar!
Tabby is definitely a villager to get to know before passing her off as an "uncute peppy" and the fact that her design is a bit different is one of her best features especially when paired up with that hyperactive peppy personality.
As for honourable mentions, Hazel (that smile is just the cutest), Amelia, Ken, Knox (yeah I like most of the chicken villagers, can't understand why people bully them so much) and although she's in tier 4 at the moment Shari, I'm sure I see her in tier 5 most of the time (correct me if I'm wrong). I ALMOST FORGOT, Hans as well, I can't believe I almost forgot him.

Timbra is my most beloved Tier 5 locked villager
So many people like the sheep, but I think they are terrible. They are either boring colors of sheep, brown, or blue or too extravagant... Willow and Pietro are too much, or Muffy on the other end of that spectrum.
Timbra is a warm, gorgeous burnt orange! Cool contrasting green horns. She is based on a pine cone? But I like her regardless of that

I also never really understood why people don't like Agent S. She's not one of my favorites, but she's really cute! I think it would be awesome to have her, Kid Cat and Rocket in one place, even though I don't really like Rocket >__> but yeah, Agent S is super cute and deserves way more love than she gets.

I really like quite a few tier 5 villagers. monty, penelope, and pompom are my favs and I don't understand why they are so unpopular. pompom and penelope are sooo cute and sweet. monty is the cutest cranky villager and I love his voice and personality

Timbra is very unique looking, I've never really liked any of the sheep but when I saw her in the campsite of my cycling town I had to look twice. She really is quite beautiful.
Will also never understand how Walker is tier 5
he's such a cute looking pup and he has the most lovely eyes. Can't see anything wrong with him appearance wise so I've no idea why he's not as loved as the other cute dogsKnox. I just really like that helmet, and the "cranky" personality type is one of my favorites (along with "jock").
...On a similar note, I just realized Stitches, a starter in my current town and one I didn't even know existed until "oh my gosh so adorable", is a tier one. If I cared about villager trading, I don't know if I'd be excited at the "value" or really sad that if I wanted to make use of that value I'd have to give him up.

Most of my villagers are Tier 5. I think they have a lot more personality. Dizzy is my favourite villager of all time :')
In my new town my T5 villagers are Pudge, Bettina, and Stinky. I'm SO glad I got Stinky as a starter because he was my starter in my main town and I lost him due to TT during a fishing tourney so this is my second chance with him yay <3 I want to keep them all but Bettina is in the way of my roads and Pudge is in the way of my bridge. I'll probably keep Pudge though because he's so cute.

there are a lot of cute tier 5 villagers. katt, kidd, bones, freckles, bettina, nan, nate, lionel, pate, scoot.
oh i just noticed my bb walker is a tier 5. he's been in my town for so long now, definitely my favorite lazy. he's so adorable.
