The title says it! Was going through my storage and selling old clothes and I realized my look tends to be pastel and cutesy and things I wish I could wear in real life! I wanna see your fave looks! It can be villagers or islanders! It can be anything! Just something you personally like!

I like active and casual wear. I often find myself wearing tanks, athletic jackets and sweatshirts most of the time. I always go with just shorts or casual pants and basketball/high-top shoes.
My permanent villagers, Rolf, Sterling and Rudy like fitness, so I like to give them sportswear and I'm happy to see that they wear it more often than their default clothing.
Loads of fuzzy-type sweaters (even though it’s the middle of summer lol) and usually some black denim pants. But I also have a favourite go-to summer outfit:
- Orange colourful striped sweater
- Black flared skirt
- Black casual socks
- White pleather sneakers
- Acorn pochette
- Black browline glasses (I wear a pair with every outfit, just like real life)
I’m usually wearing the skull hood, It just goes with everything. If I want to wear a pink dress with it then I do it. I also really love the retro A-line dress with the helmet and goggles because it’s cute and I also just don’t like any of the hairstyles.
this is my current outfit! my in-game fashion sense is pretty similar to mine irl - a lot of black and a bunch of baggy t-shirts (i’m technically wearing a dress but let’s pretend it’s a shirt lmao). i like simpler designs and don’t like anything that’s super flashy or cutesy; dark and pale colours are my go-tos definitely aha
Oh man.. I have been waiting for this thread. My own clothes aren't very flashy, but they are totally my style irl. I have a much harder time with villager clothing because it's a nightmare to undo if you change your mind later. I've only ever given one outfit to Bianca - the pink and blue chima jeogori. It looks great with her blue eyes!
I've attached some possible outfits below, if anyone wants to give feedback or other outfit suggestions for my villagers? I have no idea for Pecan and Raymond.. nothing comes close to their default look.
Usually my outfits are pretty plain! I cycle through a couple that I really like.
One is the white dress with angel wings on the back (I can't recall the name right now) with white stockings, white sneakers, and the white flower hairpin!
The one I have been wearing lately is the black crop top that's tied in the front, the ripped mini shorts, the black flower hairpin, and the backpack with studs on it! I can't recall the shoes or socks right now though.
Sometimes I try to branch out and try other clothes that I like (such as the dolly dress in pastel blue) but it doesn't really feel like me, and even though it's cute I change out of it and put on one of my usual outfits!
I would love to wear the gothic looking clothing items. In real life I just dress pretty basic though haha got a hefty collection of skinny jeans and tops, as well as some culottes cuz they're so comfy in summer
