just to confirm, must i give you the pokemon first? i'd much rather prefer getting ankha first then getting on pokemon as i was expecting an 100% wifi rating :/ but i have about 40 positive wifi ratings, i guess im trustworthy?

That's how it works. I give you the villager, and you give me the pokemon. Also, my negative wifi ratings were for running once in their town, and forgetting something.
