How many badges do you have, and are they bronze, silver or gold? I have (for all the different types of badges): 17/24.

-Bug Catching badge: Bronze
-Fish Catching badge: Bronze
-Seafood Catching badge: Bronze
-Bug Encyclopedia badge: Bronze (50% of all bugs)
-Fish Encyclopedia badge: Bronze (50% of all fish)
-Seafood Encyclopedia badge: Silver (80% of all seafood)
-Island Medal badge: Bronze
-Town Gardening badge: Silver
-Bell Saving badge: Silver
-Turnip Trader badge: Silver
-Shopping badge: Bronze
-Refurbishing badge: Bronze
-Item Catalog badge: Bronze (close to Silver I think)
-Happy Home Academy Score badge: Gold
-Villager Favors badge: Silver
-Letter Writing badge: Bronze
-Play Time badge: Silver

I really regret planting all my trees/bushes on a side character, I have silver for the planting badge on that character too when I could have gold on my mayor D:

I only have 16/24 badges, and no golden
Silver letter, villager requests and bell saver...

I also have a question, does planting fruit trees count towards the gardener badge?

I have at least the bronze badge in every one except for the streetpass badge. I don't really streetpass a lot.
And for some reason, I've spent almost 600 hours on the game, but I've yet to receive the Village representative badge. I know this is a problem that many other users have though, it seems that idle hours are not counted...
...I don't really think it's possible to have played 100 idle hours though.
