He's a Youtuber who uploads Let's Plays of various games. I believe he's most known for his Let's Plays for The Sims 3 (that's how I discovered his channel) but he also posts Animal Crossing and Resident Evil. Check him out at http://www.youtube.com/user/andrewarcade! He's hilarious and super cool.

The mayor of my town, Zingzang, is called Skinny. She has blue hair. I drew and animated her for my forum avatar. 
Skinny is also the username on my 3DS. (But my mii does not have blue hair. And is far less cute.
