1) You keep resetting your town to get a "perfect" map

2) You spend days on end "plot resetting" to get your villagers in a perfect line or formation or whatever...ugh

3) You spend more time trying to get "dreamies" than you spend actually playing the game

4) Your catalog and museum are almost empty but your bank account is full

5) You let what other people think determine what you want your town to be

6) You've had the game for a year or more but you've never had a town for more than a few months

There's no wrong way to play the game. Don't dictate how others should play a game, that's not cool.

Oooh so touchy...I guess you are guilty of one or more of the above??? Heeheehehehehe

LMFAO!!!

Yeah, you could at least say this is your opinion. I see some of your points, but at the end of the day none of it is fact. As long as we're all enjoying our games what's the harm?

Agreed with what has been said above. Your version of how to play the game isn't the only opinion, and besides, there is no right way to play this game. Every way is equally fine.

Hmm I just noticed your town map. Wouldn't that layout of buildings require a bit of hacking or plot resetting?

i respect your opinion, but to each their own. some people really enjoy planning out their towns in a specific way, plot resetting their villagers where they want, etc. I know I love designing and creating my towns the way I like them and that makes the game worthwhile for me, as well as it gives me lots to do. it's not really fair to imply that anyone that enjoys this kinda stuff isn't playing the game right.

and also, as a side note, I've visited your dream town and it's one of my favorites -- but didn't you spend a lot of time plot resetting to get all your villagers lined up that way? and you have a town full of dogs, so I'm assuming you spent a good amount of time finding them all. I'm not trying to pick a fight, but it does seem like you've done quite a few of the things you listed. :-)

By the looks of your sig your villagers are in a somewhat straight line and I really don't believe that happened naturally.

Nah. Actually, I have had my only town since June 9th, 2013. I have 1787 hours and 44 minutes played. I have never plot reset and I have no "dreamies". I decorate my town the way I want to. I hate paths so I don't use them. My museum is almost full.

What's wrong with people playing the game the way they want to? Next you're going to tell me that you hate hacking.

They are also all the same animal which takes loads of work, I guess she's just talking about herself then.

it's a game,
as long as you're having fun and enjoying yourself,
it's the right way c:

Nope. I adopted all of my 10 dogs in just a few days when I first started my town a couple years ago. They moved in just where they are. I already had my 4 character houses built, and the caf? & police station before they moved in.

Like Bubblebeam just said! You're town looks like a lot of plot resetting was put into it... What's the problem with playing the game the way you want! To some people (like myself) having a perfect town makes me feel really accomplished, so don't just go hating on people just because they don't play the same way as you...

The point of the game is too do what ever you want. I don't understand why people think you are not doing the point of the game if you are plot resetting and other stuff like TT and having a full bank account.

You are missing the point of the game if "5) You let what other people think determine what you want your town to be"

But you're also missing the point if:
"1) You keep resetting your town to get a "perfect" map

2) You spend days on end "plot resetting" to get your villagers in a perfect line or formation or whatever...ugh

3) You spend more time trying to get "dreamies" than you spend actually playing the game

Uh-huh.
