Yikes

Well today I was typing out a Lab report for my biology class, and then one of the questions stumped me. The lab was all about monohybrid and dihybrid crosses. The question was: "What size would the sample have to be to ensure that the observed will always equal the expected?"
Well, I didn't get it at all because we were talking about Punnet Squares and I don't believe that size helps determine what type of offspring are formed
So instead of trying my best, I decided to post some half-assed answer.
And here it is: "10. The sample would have to be big so that the expected may equal the observed."
It still cracks me up everytime I see that answer. It is so vague ^_^
