I figured it out! I tested this, and it worked for me.

No TT, No Hack.

Don't buy from him until he tells you he will be upgrading. I didn't buy from him Friday or Saturday, but since I got the game I all ways bought flowers, everyday. Now, he is going to be closed Monday.

Hope you guys try this and I hope it works for everyone else.
