:I Been plot resetting since 7:40/8PM last night and Beau has not moved to another area, he's in the general spot I want him in, but he keeps moving closer and closer to my bridge, or he stays two spots away from where I want him to put his house down. Would going back and placing down an extra house do anything to move him even though he's been in the same area since last night?

Awwww, I can't really help but I feel ya'.
I ended up giving up on Genji's ideal location in my Bamboo forest after about 4 hours of plot resetting...
At some point he moved in next to Shep and I was like "FINE. TWO ANIME FANS NEXT TO EACH OTHER, GOOD ENOUGH".

He's always across from Rosie, but not behind Snake which will drive me mad if he's not, but he gets closer to my bridge like he's testing my patience >:I

what helped me was to put lamp posts or a bench where I didn't want them to be.
