Xbox one worth the money?

So i pre ordered and paid for my bf's xbox one. To be honest ive never been a fan of xbox but my bf bought me my xbox 360 last year and within the last 6 months i've proper got in to it. But my question is, is the xbox one really worth the money? I know for a fact im gonna feel left out when its released? So tempted to save up for one!

I'm not sure, I know nothing about Xbox or Playstation that much. I don't keep myself up to speed with those companies that much.

Meh this early on I say no. They're aren't any must have games that make me go "I WANT THIS" I say build a proper PC for gaming.

I have one, it's a great console but there's not many exclusive games that aren't available on the 360

for me. no -- not even because it is only a teeeeny bit slower than the ps4, but because of what Microsoft were planning to do with preownded games and charging to play, charging to watch movies over the kinect, using their motion sensor stuff rumours and etc etc. The fact that they WERE going to do it, and only u turned because the gaming community kicked up such a stink has put me off Microsoft and Xbox for life --- they are firmly a business, not a gaming company, and you can really tell.

Saying that, I need to get a new 360 as mine is one of the old ones and wheeezes like it's 90 years old. So a new version 360 and then I'm done with upgrades from xbox. I mainly only use it to play fable anyhow haha!

No. Not enough exclusives at the moment, nor any games that immediately jump out and shout "next gen" to most. Honestly, I've got one and the only title that interests me right now is Titanfall.

I say yes. I've had mine since day one and can honestly say I enjoy the features it has and my gaming experience has been pretty pleasant. I don't think you should have a negative view on the console itself just because Microsoft is a "business". While it was a little annoying that they were going to charge, clearly they didn't and in the end it REALLY IS about money for businesses like them.
PS4 really doesn't jump out at me at all and I've played both Microsoft consoles and Playstation. Plus Titanfall is wicked fun so it sucks for those people who miss out on it!
Definitely test out your boyfriend's Xbox One though before shelling out a bunch of money!
