Hmm i want the xbox 1 S but im looking around and i only see the 500gb[bundles only] for $299 or the 2TB[just console] for $399
I just want the console but im not looking to pay $400 for it. Do they sell the 500gb console only anywhere?

I don't believe the Xbox One S has a standalone bundle without a game, but even if it there was why not spring for a version with a game included? Worst case scenario you could sell/trade the code (not here) for a different game.

Just going to tell you now that 500 GB isn't enough. I had to spring for an additional 1 TB external hard drive and that one is about almost halfway used up. Like a lot of other products, you also won't be getting the full 500 GB either. Also, what Tom said you should probably just get an Xbox One S with a bundle. Most systems come in bundles now so you actually might be paying more trying to find one that doesn't. You could get the 500 GB bundle and buy an external hard drive later or browse some of these on Amazon. I think I got a good deal on my Xbox One by waiting until after Christmas on GameStop's website.

The 500GB is a way better option because you can just buy your own faster external storage for cheaper than the price jump of the 1TB or 2TB Xbox One S consoles. I had an Xbox One S for 2 months, by the way, and I do not recommend it. Consistently weird network issues (would have to switch to another network and then switch back for it to work again), slow loading times, low resolution graphics. There is also no way to watch your videos with subtitle tracks (anime), which is pretty lame for a multimedia console. You can build a PC that performs better for cheaper if you're patient and do some scavenging. If you decide to build a PC instead, let me know.
