XBL Arcade problem

So, my old 360 got RRoD, after failing to repair it I bought a new one. Anyways, my problem is now my Arcade games I bought on the old one show up as trials unless I have signed into live.

Could I re-download these games, then be able to play offline? The reason why I would like to stay offline is so I don't have to transport my 360 close enough to the router.

Nice help there, *censored.1.3*. Though, you are right. All I have to do is transfer my license to my new 360. Hopefully, I don't need my old one.
