Looking at the dazed shirt in my catalog and what Rosie is wearing in that pic is definitely not it. :x

Aaand, looked through the entire clothing catalog and didn't see any tops similar to the one in your pic, OP. I don't think it exists... at least not in New Leaf.

It doesn't look that hard to draw, you could do the custom design and put up in modules, there's a chance they would wear it.
