I am trying to get the train station upgrade for my town! I have laid out rows of wrapped gifts in front of my train station! Almost every one of these items are gracie furniture, non-orderables, DLC, Gulliver furniture, or island goodies! 
(90% of these items are worth more than 2TBT)
