I am trying to get the train station upgrade for my town! I have laid out rows of wrapped gifts in front of my train station! Almost all of these items are either gracie furniture, ore, non-orderables, DLC, Gulliver furniture, or island goodies! 
(90% of these items are worth more than 2TBT each)
