thats what i thought, until i saw a legit legal document on a WoW private server thats been running for 2 years with 5k-6k players o.0

I'm sorry to say, that it is indeed illegal. Though its more likely that any company would go after the makers or hosts than a player, it is illegal to connect to private server also. It has to do with the use of their software.

Emulators / private servers are against Blizzards TOS. If you have an active account with WoW, you
