By the way, my age poll showed there were at least twenty semi-active users over a few days that were under 13, not to mention the countless 13-15 year olds that can be just as annoying.

Just as a clarification, Zetaboards has 3 different ways to handle members under the age of 13. There's one that allows members under the age of 13 to join, however they may not post any personal information. That's what we use. Then there's COPPA, which requires parent consent via fax in order for a member to join (very inconvenient). And finally, I believe there's a way to prevent any member under the age of 13 to join, however that means people can simply fake their age.

TBT is dead, and has been for some time. Arguably from the beginning, Animal Crossing is not the type of game that draws a mature crown, usually. There are a bunch of kids making mundane conversation about Animal Crossing in the upper boards. In Off-Topic and Brewster's Cafe, there is random threads of people sharing random stuff or trying to be funny. Occasionally I see intelligent conversation, usually interspersed with idiotic conversation. Good discussion is unfortunately either bogged down with annoying comments or branded inappropriate and the topic is locked. It's all... gah.
