So I time travel, so it's already Toy Day for me lol. This is my first time experiencing Toy Day, so I was completely clueless as to how it worked. But I briefly read up on it (not enough, obviously...), and apparently you have to dress as Santa and deliver gifts to your villagers. So I spent the month collecting my villagers' clues on what they wanted, and went out and bought all their gifts myself...

Toy Day rolls around, I see this Jingle character WITH A FULL SACK OF GIFTS HE PICKED OUT. He tells me to pass them around for him...I'm beyond pissed. Because not only did I waste time, but I really put in effort to make sure everyone got the perfect item; It was gonna be special yknow? Now it's not, 'cause I'm currently running around delivering crap that Jingle brought, and half of the gifts are awful, so...i'm dead inside lmao

I really wish Nintendo paid more attention to the letter aspect of the game. When we send letters, we either get a response to the "thanks for the _____! Here's something in return" or just one totally random bs letter.

I wish that they responded with actual meaning! So like on christmas they send you a gift (if you're best friends), they send you occasional letters and check up on you when you haven't responded to their letter.

I sort of miss having to send my fossils away to be examined too.

but YES it totally will mess up their houses, that's why I tried so hard to find really quality, fitting gifts for each person. Now thanks to this Jingle punk, Whitney's gonna have a damn GARDEN GNOME in her house. Nice.....

This is why I always get them flooring or wallpaper on their birthdays, so they can't change it. But then Toy Day comes and boom, every house is now messy!

I'm still bitter Julian got rid of his star globe and I don't have it in my catalogue so that item went MIA lol
