I give Fang a 10.

I have Whitney in my brand-new town, Foster, but haven't had her in there for long. (I moved her from a cycle town.) So, no rating on Whitney yet. (I like her. Generally.)

I had Freya for a while in one particular cycle town (which I didn't eliminate quickly). She's appealing.

I can't say anything more. I know that, over the last couple/few months, that Chief has taken off with forum members. But I can't say with him.

Going back to Fang: I find him very charming. He's great-looking. And he's cool. Fang is a complete winner! So, he's one of my favorites in "Animal Crossing: New Leaf." I had him in my re-set town Progress and made sure to relocate him into my villager pictures-themed ACNLpics.
