Would you have someone design your island for you?

in all seriousness, i would never - even if it were free, designing my town/island by myself and dishing out ideas is part of what makes ac fun for me. i’m not great at it or anything but i’d never want someone to do it for me ;;

Never! Despite all the frustration and redesigning I've done, my island is uniquely mine. I'll take ideas from other people's islands but I never try to copy it exactly.

I enjoy the designing part of animal crossing. Like what's left to do after you catalog everything and collect every item?

Nope. I didn't buy the game so someone else could design my island for me. Plus, I could be spending $394.99 on something far more important.

What would even be the point of playing, then? Yeah, my village probably won't look as good at that anytime soon (if at all), but at least I won't get lost in it on a regular basis for the next two weeks, and feel like I had nothing left to do but fill the museum and wait.

Oh my gosh.. that is a lot of money. I wouldn't pay (or even want) for someone to design my entire island, but I would ask friends to take a tour and give me small suggestions

But inspiration from other islands is nice, just don't straight up copy the place.

They look nice, but it kinda defeats the purpose of the game. It's like those Mario Maker worlds that do everything for you, except you can't laugh and go to the next level. This is it. I can't possibly see how this would be fun for anyone. Also, that price is hilarious.

Isn't... Isn't the whole point of animal crossing, ESPECIALLY new horizons, to design your own island?
that's really all there is to do after you unlock KK, idk why anyone would do this (nothing against the person selling, they have great designs!)

Why? Just why. I hate it every time I see a post that ask for real money, on a game that also cater to young audiences. Whether the person has good intentions, that's still taking advantage of a person's... wallet.

How the hell is someone else gonna design your island anyway? The physical terraforming and placement cannot be done by villagers visitors. Surely a scam. This is worse than the people who dupe items/currency/NMT and sell for IRL $$ on ebay etc.

I wouldnt, but i guess people who are looking for such a service arent really intersted in doing this aspect of the game but still want to have a decorated and landscaped island while they work on what they enjoy like completing the musuem. I cant imagine anyone paying that price though, like what?!!!

No. As good as it sounds because I’m not too creative naturally, it wouldn’t feel right. Especially since I showed my boyfriend my island. I was proud of all the hard work I did and if someone else did it I would be embarrassed to show him, because it’s not my work.

What I heard about this person is that she just tells you where you should put stuff XD it's kind of ridiculous.
