@ coseacant - idk if this is still a problem for you, but my friend had the same problem today in her town.
She cleared all the weeds in her town, but it was still there. I'd never heard of that smelly plant before, so
I wiki'd it. We found out today that if you place a pwp on it it will wilt the next day - no problem.

Can I come over and catch a fly to and roach if you have those as well?

The only roaches you can catch are wharf roaches, and they are on your beach or on the island.
