Vectors look easy but it's actually one of the most difficult styles there are. Placement. Is. Everything. You need to understand the flow of the render(s) you are working with. And you can only understand that with lot's of experience.

I wanted to make the banner as happy and cheerful as possible so I went with vectors and some special effect. I re-used the same vectors I used in one of Callaway's requests (couldn't find happier vectors to use). What do you guys think? Do I need to try to do another one or?...
