Alright, so Wolfgang (the cranky wolf) says he's moving out. I never cared much for wolves so it's not much skin off my back, although I know they're fairly popular with other people. So i figure I could see what I get for him, I'll entertain most any offer although I'm partial to certain items such as the tropical flooring or sanshin, or most non-NA DLC/holiday items I don't have.

Thanks for the wonderful offers everyone. He moves out tomorrow, so I'll make a decision then. Pretty much whoever is ready to take him with the best offer (unless I mess something up in between then) tomorrow around 6am-9am CST gets him. So far I'm leaning towards sseoni, then BigKitty, then whoever is offering cold hard cash.
