Buying Wishlist Items! TBT or IGB!

Hello! I've decided to have a toy shop/sci-fi house and compiled a short wishlist of the remaining items I need (some of these are also just cool items that aren't toy shop/sci-fi, but I want them and have a really hard time finding them):

For regular items, I can pay up to four times the original price in IGB. As for TBT, is 1 TBT per regular item fair? If not, lmk.
For unorderables (especially Sanrio items), I'm willing to pay a lot more. I'm willing to pay 3 or 4 TBT per item, if that sounds fair.

Yup! I already have the Crane Game and Skeleton Figurine (and I also found a tabletop game and a wobbelina in storage while waiting for responses. will update the catalog now, sorry!), so minus those, it should be about 9 tbt. Is that alright?
