i have a feeling it would be automatically placed on this little peninsula in my town. does everyone else have a peninsula like this? if so, i feel like that's my guess. just speculation though.

1. It spins and offers negative energy output, being that it requires oil for lubrication and massive amounts of land. It also grinds wheat into grain. I'm kidding. Some people are too sensitive for such amusement.
2. It offers a rotating light for the night and guides ships to safety during dark nights. Kidding - it only posesses a spinning light.
3.When you've donated 200,000, you will have a choice between three places, as to where to place the bridge in your town.
4.It goes at the bottom of the beach, on the extension from the beach.
