1.) I'm not reserving any villagers if they are tier 1 or 2
2.) Be nice to me and other people in the thread
3.) Don't spam the thread. If we're having trouble working out details or times, PM me so the thread isn't cluttered
4.) Fill out this form anytime you want a villager

5.) If I say a villager is being sold or auctioned, please do not ask for them, they will have their own thread
6.) When there is a thread for a villager being auctioned, or given away (in a raffle or something), I'll put a link to the thread next to the villagers name. Before you ask, look there.
7.) You can lurk for a villager from any tier, but for tier 1 I can't give/sell them to you right away, I'll just inform you that they're up for auction.
8.) You can only lurk for up to 4 villagers
