I saw the new plush "collectibles", but you have to get them by using tickets and l was wondering is the patch and plush things stay in your lineup after the fair is over?

Yes, they will stay in your lineup once the Fair is over and done with. I'm not sure exactly, but I believe my current lineup has Fair Collectibles from a previous one.
