Will there be POCKET CAMP clothing and furniture in New Leaf?

Some items from Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp, like the grandiose dress, Isabelle table, gothic lolita dress and crystal series need to be added into Animal Crossing: New Leaf! Tell the Animal Crossing Staff!​

My country does not have Pocket Camp in the App Store so I cannot experience it!

I'd think not, there is a mentioned link between Pocket Camp and Switch.
Some of the clothes from Pocket Camp have been made in New Leaf as QRs, if that's any help.
