will the police station fit here?

There is one space between the train tracks and where I would place it, since you cannot see it super clearly in the picture. But will the police station fit here? I think they're both the same size.

It definitely should! My last town had a villager plot their home on that exact spot.

I'm not sure if your plot is 3x3 or 3x4, but the police station is 3x4, one longer than villagers' houses. There are also two spaces from the door that can't have a path placed over it. But if you're only worried about the plot relative to the stone and railroad tracks, you should be fine.

I think you'll maybe have to move it to the right by atleast one more space, Isabelle doesn't let you build PWPs -including buffer zones- near bricks or plazas. Maybe. I'm not 100% sure.

It should do, but if it doesn't try moving it one space to the side from the cobbles, and one space down. Should 100% work if you place it like that! Hope that this was helpful
