will the last villager in, not move out?

My daughter's town has 9 villagers she wants to keep. While waiting to find Marina for the 10th, she took in Snake for a friend.

It's time to move Snake out. By TTing, I have had 20 move-out pings so far, but none have been Snake.

I remember reading somewhere a theory that the last villager in couldn't be the one to move out ~ please tell me this isn't true?!

Usually no. I've had move outs from the most recent villager in my town, but it's really uncommon. The only other option is to get someone out and someone in before Snake is most likely to ping about leaving.

i heard that too and tried TTing someone out anyway. I was TTing for a month in RL and they wouldn't move :/

It isn't. Stinky had been my latest move in at Caelum and he's pinged me twice. Kinda sad thinking about it :c

I'm really hoping it is possible. I'm at 36 pings now, and still not Snake

Has your daughter moved up the friendship ladder with Snake for him to ping (i.e. Regularly talking to him, doing him lots of favors, etc.)? I do believe that I have kicked out a StreetPass 10th before, so I wouldn't say it's impossible.

Yep, we've interacted with him a lot, and he smiles and waves when we do the microphone trick.

We're now at ~60 moving pings, and still everyone except Snake is pinging. We are about to give up!
