Bummer. I'm really surprised there are not more summer themed items, crafted or not. We seriously need a good furniture update overall though.

Yeah this seems like a huge oversight for the shop. 2 items and it is always the same color. I get they want us to trade and all but seriously I would rather not care about my catalogue now. In past games I didn't need to trade it just took forever to find an item. The medal in New Leaf was so rewarding once I got enough for my catalog.

Exactly, I don’t mind trading but when it’s just for different colored surfboards and fans that I don’t even really like that much it gets annoying honestly.
