Will all four villagers be able to plot here?

I don't know much about the acre thing, but I need to know if four villagers can plot here? I know that only three permanent building can be in the same acre, and I am unsure if this looks like 2 acres, or one.

My town has four villager houses close together(you can just see the yellow roof of Colton's house behind Rodeo's black roof) in a relatively confined space.On the map it's the four houses just north of the bridge near the beach.

If youre comparing the polka dot one to the green one in the back then there won't be a problem. There should not be a problem with the green pattern in the back relative to the villager that is about to move in.
