Will a villager place their house here?

I have a spot in my town that I'd like Teddy to plot his house, but in the past villagers have placed their houses elsewhere. I always thought it was just because I missed a spot when laying patterns to choose a spot I liked.

Basically, this is what I'm working with. Can you tell me if there is sufficient room for Teddy's house?

H- where i have the house plot marked off.

If you have it on more to the right, maybe it will work, if there is no pathway. like this:

c- cafe
p- path
H- house
f- free space (only grass)

Is there any empty space to the right? I think any pwps, buildings, houses need at least 1 tile space extra. If it's not by a cliff on the right side and there's free space, i think it should work. I have my villagers houses lined up and they're 2 tiles (i put pathways) apart.

Yes, there is space to the right. Thank you for your help, I guess I'll see when Teddy plots his house tomorrow!
