wiimmfi patched game keeps freezing!

Whenever I load the wiimmfi patched game, it freezes after a few minutes.

But when I use my disc with the automatic patcher, it doesn't freeze at all.

I've heard wiimmfi freezes unless you use some sort of USB drive. I'm not sure if this is correct, but I'm sure it is.

I think I figured it out.

I've had WiiConnect24 enabled. Now that I turned it off, it seems to be working.

I'm on altwfc, but nobody uses that anymore. Not on wiimmfi, but might get on there if I get another Wii.
