Nah, they said themeselves its before thanksgiving... not the day of, and its most likely before the PS3 release, my guess was October 18th... but that was based off of this letter nintendo sent out...
Maybe the Wii is coming out on November 23rd. It's Thanksgiving down in America and the release date of Ocarina of Time.
There it is, my backed-up guess. Everyone else already made one, so there's mine.
@Shadow_Link_92: That would be a horrible release date... Anything after the PS3's date would be an extremely unwise decision by Nintendo because they would lose sales. And on thanksgiving in America, isn't all stores closed? It is a holiday so I would think so...
Another reason against that is that it is not on a sunday. Nintendo has released pretty much all of their systems on sundays up to this date so I doubt they would change a tradition...
@Phantom Guardian Ash: I would also doubt a November 16th release date because it is so close to the PS3 release date
1 day isn't much of a jump on the competition
And again it is a thursday, which goes against nintendos code
My guess is that it will probably be around the first, second week of November. Nintendo has always launched its biggest things during November, for example Paper Mario: TTYD, the Gamecube, and others. I'm putting my money on November 14th, though.
Yeah, but Nintendo plays tricks on us a lot. I wouldn't be surprised if it was released tomorrow. I don't think it would necessarily be released on a Sunday, either.
But I didn't think stores are closed on Thanksgiving...?
