My top 3 are Ocarina of Time, Majora's Mask, and Super Smash Bros.

I would recommend these games:

Wii Ware:

• Fluidity - Great game with water physics. There's a demo if you're interested!
• Dr. Mario Online Rx - Great revival of the Dr. Mario series. Although the online component was shut down in May of last year, the game itself is still quite good and it also features local multiplayer.
• World Of Goo
• Retro City Rampage
• Tetris Party

Virtual Console:

• Super Smash Bros. (N64)
• Mario Party 2 (N64)
• Paper Mario (N64)
• Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask (N64)
• Super Mario RPG (SNES)
• Super Mario Kart (SNES)
• Sonic the Hedgehog (Genesis/Mega Drive)

Bomberman Hero I believe is still for sale in the N64 section, that was easily one of the most influential 3D platformers for me when I was a kid, I recommend that if you enjoy such games!
