How cute.
I'm not sure I really understand the logic behind this console's creation. I understand that Canada limits internet usage, but why wouldn't you just invest another $20 into getting the actual Wii? There is only a $20 difference between the two, and one provides you the ability to play Gamecube games and play online... the normal Wii never forces you to play online anyway.
