wifi ratings?

i don't know how to give someone a wifi rating, can anyone help me with that?
I've just hosted a trade, and my tradee was great. i want to give her a rating!

You go to their profile(by clicking on username) click on the wi-fi rating tab and then hit submit feed back, then you fill out the form ^.^

You go on their profile page, click on the Wifi Ratings tab (if you can't find it then just cmd + f), and then there should be a thing that says something like "Give _____ wifi feedback" at the bottom then you just click on that and give them a rating c:
