Wifi rating fix

Accidentally received a neutral wifi rating from Kenshingumi that he wants to change to positive. He already added it to my ratings! Hopefully an admin can correct this. Thanks!

whilst youre at it ive got wifi feedback from a pokemon trade which i know jeremy doesnt want the wifi feedback to be used for anything other than AC and i reported it forever ago to be removed and it never did so can you remove that too pls?
