WiFi Rating error

Sorry if this is a stupid question but I'm not sure what's going on here. On my Wi-Fi feedback page, I should have a Wi-Fi Rating of 6 (positive feedback 100%) but at the moment is only says I have 5. It says that the total positive feedback that I have is 6 and even the "Recent Rating" section says that I've had 6 in the past month/6months etc. But for some reason, everything like "Wi-Fi Rating" and "Members who left positive" says 5. Is this normal?

It's because Lithia gave you two, It only counts a person once

Ah I see. I didn't realise that it wouldn't count from the same person ^^; Thanks for your help
