wi-fi feedback question

first of all, let me say this - i'm not complaining, just confused.

i've been online for a month. there've been no negative or neutral feedbacks - yet, my wi-fi feedback says:

Wi-Fi Rating: 35
Positive Feedback: 100.0%
Members who left positive: 35
Members who left negative: 0
Total positive feedback: 38

i don't understand?
(anyone who's seen bgc09, imagine me doing the "pretty girl bounce" right now.)
where did the three additional positive votes go?

I may not be correct, but I think when you get them from the same people it won't count. Not sure though

This is correct - 35 members have left positive feedback 38 times; you only get credit once per member. So your rating is 35.

Kind of like eBay. If you buy from a regular seller or vice versa, it only counts once. I'm just grateful when people take time to leave it.

I've always wondered what was up with mine!
Yeah, mine says I have 131 positive but only 111 show - so this is why ^_^
