Why Wont Ankha Move?!

So I've had her for like a week and 5 days I've been ignoring her since she moved in but for some reason she won't move! I have her reserved to someone and they need her now so please help!

I don't personally think the ignoring for one week works.. It's NEVER worked for me.. Someone must try to move before she can try to leave.. You've just gotta TT more.. The 4 day method works well

I only talk to her once!

If ignoring doesn't work, try becoming friends with her. I've seen better results by befriending them. I ignored Marshal for months and everyone else asked to move twice except him. When I befriended him, it took me less time to move him out.

Ignoring DOES work, if you do it right. You introduce yourself when they're in boxes, and then literally do not talk to them for 7 days. Not even when they ping. 7 days.

Or if that hasn't worked you'll probably have to befriend her and get to the highest point on the friendship ladder, so she'll trigger the moving/picture phase. This will probably take longer now you've ignored her.

I'm pretty sure there is no way to encourage any one villager to move. The system in villager selection seems to pick randomly which I feel is a mistake.
