Why isn’t my stereo working?

I?m trying to turn on my stereo, but can?t get it to turn on and play music. Is there a way when it?s placed in this position?

Can you add music to it? I thought those were just speakers and didn't actually play music?

Yeah i have k.k songs to place in it, but when I try to interact with the radio, nothing happens

Did you try taking it off of the dresser and testing it out on the floor?

Yeah it works on the floor but I was wondering if there was a secret trick to getting it to work on the dresser.

It’s the way it’s placed which is why I hate the sleek stereo :/

if you want to keep the stereo on the dresser keep rotating it until you’re able to interact with it. I have the stereo on a fire place and I had to keep rotating it until it worked

I tried rotating a couple of ways facing forward and nothing seems to work. Do you guys know
If I have the secret attic space , if I place it on the floor already playing and then transporting it to the dresser will it still be playing?


I don’t have the secret attic hhd feature but I will definetly get it if this will get that fixed!

Rotating won't make it work.
Nothing put on a dresser or any furniture that opens, can be interacted with.

I have several items that do nothing on a dresser. It's because there's already an interaction with the dresser, and that is to open when clicked.
That's it's purpose.

Oh! If you use the hhd feature in the update it works! I just figured it out! The stereo has to be playing though before hand before rotating

Also, you can interact with items on a dresser, but you have to face them from the side of the dresser instead of the front so you are not opening the drawers.

Actually, you can place them forward just fine as lon as you do it with the the hhd feature. It’ll still play, you won’t be able to interact with it though, just the drawer.
