Why isn't it raining?!?

Hey everyone.

So in my town it hasn't rained in like 4 months, can you believe that?!? The past 2 months I have been on every day, and no rain. I want to catch rare fish and finally use my umbrella. Does anyone know if theres anything to at least change the rain probability in any way? Should I wait?

This is the dry season for everyone. It doesn't rain a lot during this time of the year in the game. I think the snow might be coming soon though, so just be patient ^-^

If you're in November in your game, it's only normal that it hasn't been raining a lot in your town. It rains much less often in the game during this time of the year than it does in the summer. I've also noticed that sometimes, if I'm going back a few hours in the same day, the weather will sometimes be different from what it was like when I'd played that time period, so I think the weather is random within the chances of certain types of weather for specific seasons.

On December 10, it's guaranteed to snow, so wait until then and you'll be able to catch rare fish and snails or whatever else that similarly comes with rain

It's really rare for it to rain during this time of the year, I've only experienced rain twice during Autumn. I'm pretty sure it won't start snowing until November 26th/27th/beginning of December.

Snails only come from April to September. And I sure did mention on another thread about the 10th of December.

Oh yeah, forgot they weren't available anymore...
September was the last time it rained for me, so that's what I remember from the top of my head about rain and snails and the coelacanth. Same with the snow, I have it marked in my phone calendar that new leaf snow is on dec 10 lol. I really wanna save my town on the official "blizzard" day so that's why. I love winter and have missed the snow so much!

it hasnt rained in my town since i started it but i started earlier this month. itll come, dont worry. in my last town, it rained like ALL THE TIME in spring/early summer.
