Why isint it showing The thing I searched for half the time?

I have been wanting to look for my old acnl dream town that my dog destroyed. And the player name and town name is the same as my current one (Noah, Hyrule) yet I can?t seem to find it no matter how hard I search. And no I don?t remember the dream address. And when I search for my name I both don?t see it and half the results aren?t even close to what I searched for.

They are deleted after a while, I think.

I think the last time I updated it was around September-November of last year. So I don’t think It would have been deleted, and if it was I’m gonna be kinda sad. As I loved that town, and was devastated when I heard that my dog destroyed it. So I will never be able to relive my old town. But I have a new town now. New villagers, new house, new PWPS, perfect town, ect. So I’m happy with the town I have

As far as I know, when you search for a players name, it also shows results of towns where a
character exist which has the name you search for. It doesn't show the mayor's only. So if you
looking for a player with the name Noah, you get all results of towns which has a character with
this name, no matter if mayor or not.

I have noticed when I tried to search for one it was case sensitive so that might be your issue?

i thought it just only showed the most popular towns with that name/player name, which is super lame so i hope i'm wrong

I’m 100% sure I spelled it right. I spelled it Noah with a uppercase N. And I updated it last only like 8 months ago or whatever so I don’t think it would have been deleted. Of one of you can find a town with Noah, Sam, Freya, Alfonso or snake (Idk if I updated it when Alfonso moved out and snake moved in) Phil, Walt, fushia, pashmina, gayle, pango, and I forgot some of the others and give me the dream address. I would be grateful

I tried looking and couldn't find your town.
The other day I had problems finding someones dream town and had to ask for the address.

The towns will stay active if you dream them. I have two towns frozen just after the update. I can visit those all the time.
Main town 2013 cartridge got moved to a Welcome Amiibo Cartridge. The dream address change. Last night my main mayor checked and the old town is still on the list. Wished the old main town dream address would disappear.
