I know you guys are having fun with this, but let me explain why the forums list me as "Searching". You know the "
New Posts" ]Active Topics[/url]" link at the bottom of the page)? Sure you do. If you don't, get familiar with it now, because it's a great feature. Anyway, clicking on that link brings you to the "Active Topics" page that lists the most recently replied to threads. It's a great alternative to checking each individual forum for any new threads or replies to threads, and that's why I always use it. But why does ZetaBoards say that I'm "Searching" when I'm viewing that page? It's all in the URL. Look at the URL:
See the bolded text? The "Active Topics" page is a branch of the "Search" page, because it's searching the forum for the most active posts. And see the "?c=5" at the end of the URL? Try changing the number "5" to other numbers. They're all different pages, and viewing any of them will show that you are "Searching". So there you have it. The reason why I'm always "Searching". It's no conspiracy, nor is it anything creepy, lol.
