A few days ago, I answered a thread about someone not liking Cranston. I personally LOVE him. I decide to go to Aberdale to see whats up, and friggin' Bell-Bag says this to me:

"Ok all set! And OH! Mayor Malayna?"

"One of our residents, CRANSTON, is leaving tomorrow. It's a little said isn't it?"

OH.HELL.NO

If you need me, I'll be buying a Cranston amiibo card off of Amazon. I'm wasting my money at this point. I love Cranston too much xD

That will only work if the villager has been cycled. They can't scan the villager in unless they have the physical card unfortunately.

I think Cranston's alright but I feel you for liking unpopular villagers. It's great cause their amiibo cards will be cheaper than say, Julian's!

Rod is my favorite! As well as Joey. But I do like a lot of unpopular villagers. Actually, I probably like a lot more unpopular villagers than popular ones. Yes there are more unpopular villagers, but percent wise... I'm sure there would be a higher percentage of unpopular villagers I like compared to popular villagers.

When do villagers go into boxes?
Up to now I've managed to catch villagers thinking of moving the 1st or 2nd day of being told about it, so never actually had a villager in boxes. I know that up till they are in boxes you are OK to get them to stay. (tho I have booted one out with a card).
I'll get caught eventually and likely to be upset about it.

At least poster, PugLovex has been able to get their amiibo card so can get them back.

You have 10 days to catch them. Tbh, you will be fine unless you don't play everyday.

No. The villager will tell you when they are leaving, on that date they will be in boxes. So you have until that date to convince them to stay.

They normally do. The sucky thing is he never told me 'till yesterday, so I had no clue until Bell-Bag told me. He never mentioned moving or anything which is kinda surprising. At like 11:00 yesterday, I decided I wanted to say goodbye 1 last time (I already had like 4 times that day). Turns out I go to his door and he's SLEEPING. And during that time, all ?toile would say is: "Did you hear? Cranston is leaving town!" Me: "SHUT UP ?TOILE! I LOVE U AND ALL, BUT CRANSTON IS STILL BETTER" XD

Turns out his amiibo card is coming on Monday, so for now, I just say Cranston is on "vacation" xD
I'm hoping he'll move back into his original spot, next to Hans because there's still an empty space there.

@AndroGhostx Rod is probably my 3rd favorite character in the whole series!

I'm legit desperate for Male Villagers at this point xD I have 2 males, and 7 FEMALES. xD I need some Lazy villagers which is one of the reasons why I need Cranston back. Hans and Olaf are just Smug :/

I bought a series four amiibo card set the other day and got Cranston, and then bought another series four set on Amazon and got Cranston AGAIN.

I don't even like Cranston. I guess it's all about luck! I got Erik in the same set, which was lucky, because I love Erik! And, when I got my series 3 card set, I got Wolfgang!!! Neither of those two are my dreamies, but I feel like they'll help a lot when I open my cycling shop up in May.

I do like playing with him on Desert Island Escape, though. He's one of my mains, along with Sylvia and Deidre.

I DO like a lot of unpopular villagers, though. Grizzly, Derwin, Drago, Katt... that being said, I like a lot of very popular ones, too, like Molly, Fang, Marshal...

I'm pretty much in the middle lol.

I hope you get Cranston back, though!
