Why is Rolf in my town!

So Rolf an ex villager, who now lives in my girlfriends town, has been chillin in my Main Street for the past two weeks. He's in Ables, T&T, the museum. Does this normally happen where an ex villager hangs out there forever?

Yep, after 3 other villagers move out oafter him, he turns up on main street. He will be their until 16 villagers have moved out.

That's completely normal! I have at least 2 of my ex-villagers walking around main-street.
There are sometimes villagers that I've never seen before in my main street as well ^^"

Weird. I didn't know if he wanted back in or not. Cuz my town is awesomeeeeee

Yeah once a villager has moved out, they'll stay on your main street until you've cycled 16 villagers.

I think I've only let go 5 villagers. I had pretty good ones to start. And now if they moved the new people would just put they're houses in stupid places and mess everything up. But now I really want coco to go and maybe Canberra and hazel.
